Was talking to friend about what’s going on with dcu and mu, with the infinite crisis and the house of m.
Were both worried about what will happen to those books after its alls said and done. Now sometimes I don’t see the point in this reshuffling of the dc comics.. Unlike the previous crisis, where they were other superman’s etc, this one doesn’t make sense to me. Granted I will read what’s going, but just worried that it may ruin certain books for no reason. Same with house of m in marvel, there I think there just copying what dc is doing, and makes think of course its being do so they can get more readers. But then again, I will read what marvel dishes out.
Now they will be coming out with new titles, spinning off from house of m.. Now my friend doesn’t like it, with the coming out of new titles and all. And since marvel went this far with the house of m, they have to explain what was the outcome to all of this. Same with dc, which is what there doing with the 52 series, going a year later, which by the way I confused about a lil,
I understand its a year later, I understand its in week times with the real world, meaning if its snowing here, it’ll be snowing in gotham but the we have to find out what happens in between the year, in the regular books,,,, that’s a lot of books to keep up with.. But ill just stay with the dc books i read now, batman, superman, tt, outsiders etc...
I look forward to it, and dread it at the same time lol.

To me ,, they hyped it up too much…. I mean it was great seeing the Joker back… and in fact he was tricking Black Mask to do his dirty and framing him for the Stephaine Brown murder… Where all along it was the very Doctor that was treating her…..She thought she can make the “masked” people stop there fighting…But who is she to choose who lives and who dies……

Now when reading this, I tell you the truth, it didn’t draw me in.. It was just another story…
Till it started to get close to the end...Brother has turned on all the OMACs… OMG…
That last shot of OMACs coming down,, I don’t know how they will handle this…..
How can they be defeated??.. I mean not even superman can take them all…

My only guess is taking down Brother Eye…..

Was reading my comic book news paper, the one they give you every week when you go buy comics.
Was reading about the upcoming IC and 52 series coming from DCU….. The more I read, the more I get nervous… I’m getting nervous because I don’t know what will happen to some of the characters that I read.  Also the changes that will be made to the whole DCU.
I always hear how the first Crisis had an effect on people, I wonder if this one will have a similar effect…

I’m also nervous about the commitment of buying the series,, staying with 52, staying with the spin offs,, starting up with the new ones……

October comes the first IC issue;… lets see where it goes….

Superman spotted in Serbia

Serbian authorities are investigating reports of a real-life Superman after people claimed to have seen a cloaked figure flying over their houses.

Hundreds of residents in Ljubovija described seeing a cloaked person flying above buildings "as if he had an invisible engine on his back" and changing directions while in mid-air, local daily Blic reported.

One local said: "It was like something out of Superman or Batman. No one has any rational explanation for what we all saw."

Police in the town have refused to comment.

House of M Spider Man # 3

WOW.....
Just when you think u knew where this arc is going, Marvel has thrown you a loop. I did not see this one coming. I was wondering who was this other green goblin, i thought maybe osburn wasnt effected by scarlet witch somehow, that he knew what was going on, like logan has.... But to find out that the green goblin was peter parker himself, it just stunned me..... Why is parker destroying himself, and does even know he's doing it.... I really dont know what will happen next..

Now my only problem i have is,, in the regular HOUSE of M comic,, parker gets his memory back, and knows things have changed, but i just assuming it hasnt happened here yet,, or soemthing,, its lil weird they dont match up,, but what can you do... either way, this is becoming one of my favs in the house of m's spin offs....

Captian America #8

I was never a big fan of Capt... Not till i started reading the ultimates.. Where they showed him in a new light that appealed to me.. I think there bring the the Ultimate feel to the regular books now,, my opinion ,,i might be wrong...

But this issue was good,,, the winter solider.... in the age where dead sidekicks are turning up like no tommorow,, this is nice,, steaped deep in govermental,, historical settings....Im looking forward to collecting these issues.. I have to get TPB on the issues i miss.....

This story arc,, is getting lil weird... i like it for some reason,, its different...

There zombies in here...

The alt. world is in infected,,, the old reed richards has made the young reed richards come to the infected world, and the only mutant that hasnt been changed is magneto.........

I dont know where this will lead,, im interested... now that the zombies are now entering the ultimate universe...

House of M # 5

Im enjoying this seris more and more....

Now they have this lil marvel able to free the minds of the heros that are changed....
Saddest to me was the changing of peter parker.... All his dreams that he had as a young boy were all a lie.... He saw the death of his uncle and gwen all over again, and realized the life he had been living in the House of M was not real,,,

Now they have a gang,, now they can go after M,,,

I wonder what hawkeye is up too....

Supergirl #1

I just started reading Crisis on infinte earths....This has lil bit of a tie in... well, all of the DCU has spun off from that story arc.....

I was always confused and how and who are supergirl and power girl related,, ... I think there the same person...one from the future ... but the question is how?? I mean they both have very different body types,, supergirl , is a skinny 16 year old,, power girl, well, uh,,shes different.. But they had a weird reaction when they met,,hmmm I want to see how this turns out,, also with the JSA Classified, where power girl goes on her quest to find her true origins..

Im loving this break up.....of the JLA for some reason... It seems real to me,, real in the sense, that they are now facing real life problems,, this isnt superfriends,, sometimes people dont get along...

Batman is hurt,, and he shows it,, but thru it all, he still keeps in contact with superman, his close friend....

Now they will take that vote to mind wipe them again,, this time superman will know,,

The secreat society knows there true ID,,

Will they mind wipe again???? ( HH lol )
